Yes. The controller disconnects with one click — a 2-second snap-off. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry on low. Snap the controller back on. We recommend washing every 2–3 weeks with regular use.

The 3 heating zones each have 3 settings (low, medium, high). On high, Snuggie Cocoon™ reaches approximately 140°F (60°C) — warm enough to feel like you’re wrapped in a heated towel fresh from the dryer. Most people find medium (around 113°F / 45°C) is the sweet spot for all-day wear.
